What was purchased?

This becomes the description on the merchant line and the “What” field on the receipt stamp.

Why was it purchased? For whom / Company Dept.

Defaults to your route number. Change it only when an expense belongs to another department.

Voucher Header

These fields fill the boxes across the top of every voucher sheet. Company No., Dept. No., and Moving Center Name remember the last values you used. Fund Manager defaults to the person listed as “Who” in Settings, but can be changed for each packet.
